How long ago was he working?
Next month as in a few days away?
If you can use your other bull to buy some time I would think about keeping him to retest since he is in his prime age wise.
While you wait, get the cows he has been with up and preg them. If you have an excessive amount of opens roll him, if the cows are bred like they should be retest the bull.
