Fall spraying would have been best but too late for that. Get it sprayed now and no-till corn. Have much better luck with no-till corn into CRP than when I've tried beans. You will need spiked or cast closing wheels. Use an N rate similar to corn on corn. If you have in-furrow fertilizer adding generic Capture would be a good idea for secondary pests.
