| I wonder if he was crazy to pay $25 an acre as that would NEVER pencil out lol! I've always wondered how many crops or years it took to pay off and how much 60 acres ment to an operation then compared to 60 acres today.
Edit or even what it took you to pay it off in the 80's when you bought it... Now compare if I want to buy land today at 8-10k an acre trying to start farming it seems a little harder to pay off in my lifetime and I'm only 24!
