That would all be true and great if the people were actually getting the truth about organic. Consumers aren't stupid, they're intentionally misled and lied to. If they were shown the truth about organic production methods and carbon footprints, and safety of conventional foods and methods, I don't think organic producers would have so much arm pain from patting themselves on the back for giving the consumers 'what they want.'
