Subject: RE: would you eat gmo sweet corn??

North East IL
I'm glad you are doing well growing organic corn, and making money. we need producers out there to provide for the niche market. so, if you are right, and we all went organic, you wouldn't have $13 corn, would you????

Non gmo crop premiums have crashed here because the market has been flooded with farmers trying to make an extra buck. That tells me that the anti-gmo market is full. Not to mention we have to haul it 100 miles at the minimum and sit in line for 5 hours each time.

Regardless of the science or ethical bull crap of the whole thing, I have to sell to the markets I have available in my area. I don't sell direct to the consumer. When my market changes, I will too.

I would GLADLY grow non gmo crops if they would make it worth my time.

I enjoy our r up sweet corn and so do our family and landowners.
