| Like EVERYONE else said... Get tested. It's not that bad to have one, and like everyone else you will get used to it and like it. There are a slew of different mask types, so go with what works for you, not what they push at you. Do research online. They started me out with a small mask that just covered my nose. Being a mouth breather that didn't do squat. Several years later now, I use a total face mask because I got driven crazy by the little air leaks up near my eyes. Total face mask cured that problem. I finally am sleeping better and feel more rested now.
My wake up call was to record myself sleeping. 20 or 30 seconds of silence is quite chilling.
Plus if you do have it, it can aggravate/cause other health problems such as high blood pressure. Plus one day, you just might not wake up.
