western NY | Do the sleep study, I put mine off for years until I could no longer sleep without waking up choking. I went for the sleep study three years ago, they said I quit breathing 350 times in 5 hours sometimes 20 seconds. I have used the c-pad machine all night, every night since I have had it and feel so much better, I used to wake up in the morning more tired than when I went to bed. My wife loves it too, no more snoring, the first night with the c-pad she thought I died because I was so quiet.
