If you want to monitor your own pulse ox and heart rate you can get recording pulse oximeters pretty cheap on ebay. I have one similar to this to monitor during the night if I think I have issues with my pressure setting or mask leaks. Watch for heart rate increase along with a pulse ox reading that drops. Most likely an apnea event when this happens.
