I am no attorney and I don't profess to be extremely knowledgeable in the field of law. If I were in your situation I would get an attorney to take care of this while there is still something to take care of. These are the Dads belongings until he passes. The brother has no more authority than your wife and her sister. He is being an a$$ and until y'all stop him he will keep doing this.
