Envoy data shows as a device on my computer settings. It has the PRAM program on it but also should be able to save to it like a usb but that part isnt working. I pull it up in devices and can see the usb part showing but it is grayed out and cant click on it or right click.  Anyone know how I can format this?  Thanks
