Lucan ON | What nitrogen program would you recommend for a wheat crop coming out of a cold wet fall with a harsh winter. We have 90 acres that had between 2-3 tillers in the fall and 50 that barely got growing. Would a split application system work the best at a 60/40. Used to split but never saw a benefit to the extra hassle but lately guys are swearing by it. The goal would be to get early season tillering to make up for the poor fall establishment. Are there any other products that could be used as well to help. | |
