I will be upgrading to a new phone (Lollipop Android from Jelly Bean) in the next few days and will use Xperia transfer (Sony phone) to transfer relevant data from the old to the new.  What I am not sure about is what do I do with my external data storage card?  Just pop it in the new phone or will it have to go though some sort of transfer process in order to correct the file structure and get rid of the junk?  Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.
