| My other farm has house and farm buildings. We rent out the house. While I have never had any trouble with the renters tearing up things, collecting all the rent in a timely manner has been a problem. So I am considering my potions. Sell the house, I would have to put in a new septic system ( the old one works fine, but not to sell). Drill a new well( the water for the livestock comes from the house). and separate electric for the barn. I would guess the house value to 80k. I get 600 a month rent. Or should I have someone manage the rental? | |
