Subject: *****Weigh Ins For 3/29/15*****

Good Sunday morning. Sitting here in the parking lot of a casino in Dubuque Iowa waiting for it to warm up so the roads won't be ice covered at home. They look fine here but son let us know that they are all ice covered at home. Guess we should have skipped the Badger game last night and we would have been home.
So, this is our last weigh in for March. We have three months under our belts. If you are still with me posting, I am so thankful to you. I feel sad when there are people that stop posting. I know it can be hard and there can be some gains. But that is ok. We are all human and we fall off the wagon so to speak. When things go wrong at the farm do you throw your hands up in the air and just quit, no, you dig in and work harder to get through the trouble. Same thing applies to losing weight. If you only have ten or twenty pounds to loose that isn't so bad, but I worry about us that have fifty or more pounds to loose. We can't give up.
If you want a fresh start, just tell me and your slate is clean. I know with spring here you guys will get busy and weight loss is the last thing on your minds. But if you want to make moving around the farm easier, it would be much better to get some of the weight off.
I was a little worried about stepping on the scale this morning. With being at my son's place and Dave bringing donuts several times and the birthday cake. Then being on the road with no exercise. It did hurt Dave as he gained 2.6 pounds. But for the time we were gone to AZ he lost 1.6, and that is good for him as he usually gains while we are gone.
For me I was pleasantly surprised to have lost another 2.4 pounds to bring my total to 27.6 pounds. I will miss my walking and biking in the park. Will have to get some exercise going at home now.
I hope you had a good week and you are happy with your three month total. If not start over. It is never too late to start.
