I've been called for jury duty only one time, and ended up on the jury for the corrupt black mayor of our little town. The idiot represented himself, and that was a huge mistake because he just simply didn't get numbers evidently. He used up all his challenges excluding people that he should have been taking. It was a 6 person jury and this bozo, out of a jury pool that was 2/3 black, ended up with a jury of one black and 5 of the most conservative whites in the parish. He was guilty of far more than he was on trial for, and everyone in the courtroom knew it. With a 6 man jury it has to be unanimous, and we weren't sure where that one black juror was gonna fall.
After an intense 30 seconds of deliberation, the black juror said "No need in all of us being late for supper, that MF'r is guilty and then some." That was hilarious.
