Have a iphone 5 that doesn't want to charge. For some reason today the battery kept running down quickly. I charged it this afternoon and it showed 100% charge. I took it off charger for about 30 minutes and it was down to 20 something. I thought I would shut it off and restart. I held the top button and the switch came up to shut down. I swiped the switch and it seemed to shut down. I then tried to restart but it wouldn't. I plugged it back up and it shows the battery but it just has the red lines on the left side of the battery indicator on the display. I have tried a reset but no dice. What next??? Thanks for any help.
