EC-C-MO
Quite some time back ran across a surplus military store with a lot of winter coats. Picked out a light weight one with a removable liner. Also had long leg flaps that almost reached my knee. A removable hood that was deep enough, 4 inches past tip of nose, to close over the face, fur strip on edge of hood. Hood also had a bendable wire sewn in to the edge. I usually layer up with sweats under jeans and shirt. Coat is in poor shape now, still wear it when it's in the digits. Sure got a lot of wear out of it. Kept wind out real good. Like to find another.
