It could be. I know a guy who did a lot there and he quit buying in 2011. He got in good and out good like a pro.

Williston will survive as things will be focused there. Minot got in on the spillover effect and now there is not really a reason to have any services there as its a ways from the patch and logistically it makes more sense to be in williston or Dickinson on the "bigger city" side of things. IMHO

Amazing how many people came here lately and still think they are in time for the gravy. The easy gravy money was made 2009-2012ish. Still fellas doing quite well in areas but the oil titan checkbooks have tightened considerably since the puke out money no matter what days.
