West Tennessee | My wife and I have an office (I'm a CPA and she's an RN turned bookkeeper) and have a "few" rental properties. I have help or I could not do it. I have employees here at the office, one that works on the farm, one that splits time between rental and farm, and one that is pretty well 100% on the rental property. It's enough to keep us way busier than we want sometimes (many times). The payroll drains on cash flow but we could never manage as much as we do without all of them. | |
