SC Wisconsin | I've been tossing around the every-other-year planting concept too, only using rye. But beans would work too. A few years ago, I had two seperate gardens. Veggies in one, and corn, squash, and pumpkins in another. Rotated them every year to try to break the disease cycles. Tomatoes have always been a problem child for me and I was trying that to see if it would help. I only did it a couple years then I moved, so I'm not sure if it was beneficial or not. | |
