A soybean hedge maze will make a labyrinth only for small kids! ;)
If it's a hedge around the garden you want, instead of annual soybeans, it might be better to plant perennials such as blueberries, gooseberries, blackcurrants, or even herbs like rosemary or bay laurel.
Keep the legume rotations for inside the hedges.

Will you be eating these soybeans? You need special grade soybeans then.
Wouldn't it be better to stick to edible legumes like green beans or sugar snap peas for the garden?
Still, if you planted different varieties of soybeans in the fields, it could be handy to have a small sample plot of each of them near the house for comparison and to monitor the different growth stages.
