This week I can only report a loss of .2 lbs (2 tenths).  After expecting to be up I was pleased to discover a small loss.  It is always nice to be able to explore new territory when stepping on the scale.  I took the opportunity to eliminate the hunger pain a couple of times the last few days.

I will do better before next weeks report.  This week was an eye opener as to what a portion size needs to be to maintain.  Sad, just sad  !!
