Houston County, GA | If you are on a budget why not just build on top of a concrete slab? Unless the slope of lot is calling for a mandatory basement. You are better to build everything the way you want it now, remodels and additions are aggravating and costly, plus the mortgage you would be paying on at the time. Cosmetic remodels to stay up to date is easier to do. 1,400 square foot would make a nice one story with bonus room above garage. | |
