Bremen, KS
Cell service should be good with Verizon as the tower is about five miles away and it is a clear line of sight from the house. The USCC tower is probably eight to ten miles away and my phone laying on my desk shows a signal strength of -112 dBM which isn't to strong but Ookla Speedtest just gave me a ping time of 132 mS, 4.58 Mbps download and 2.92 Mbps upload. By comparison the company iPad Mini I have is on Verizon and SpeedTest shows a ping time of 80 mS, 13.95 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload. Both devices were laying in front of me on the desk which is hardly ideal as with a separate modem I can probably position its antenna better.
