Yes, I've been there as well and it isn't very fun. Usually don't use the update wizard if you have more than one of the same component.
Like Hoss said go through the Reprogram screen and force the software to the receiver and you should be good, as long as ITC shows ups under the Addresses and Control Unit screens you should be ok, if not you might have more of a hardware versus software issue.
