House cost me 277,000 16 years ago. They have replacement now at 348,600. OK, I can understand that. Now they have the personal property of the house at 70% of the replacement cost, 244,020. Wow. I don't think it would cost that much to replace our contents, but it is included in the policy. Policy cost $1,612.00 annually if you want to know.
