450IH - 3/2/2015 13:42 30 cigarettes total about 36 Mg of nicotine per day and the stage one patch is only 21 - so that is the logic in using more. I smoked about 35/day (more on a big day). Weighed about 180-190 when I quit. Like I said one of the stage 1 was plenty for me (it would almost make be queasy). I won't say that I didn't want a cig but I think it was more habit than cravings. It's been 11 years so I have probably forgotten some of it. It also depends on where you put the patch. |
