1" square tubing with a couple of 7/8" washers welded on to go through the two big bolts.  Then use a SF3000 receiver with the new style shroud and square holder.  This puts the weight of the receiver centered over the tube, so now torque issues.  Built one for my 4640 last year.  Works great and the receiver never moves.
