I believe that the climate has never been static for any long periods at least in comparison to earth's age. It is always changing. But I question some of the greenhouse gas arguments. My question for you is what are you doing on your farm and in your lifestyle that is making a difference? Are you staying home from trips, etc. so as not to emit more gases? Are you doing less tillage so as to minimize gas emissions? Are you using your furnace or refrigerator less? Are you eating less steak thus lessening methane gas emissions? Are you "walking the walk?"
I think a great deal of the problems concerning this issue is that we have gasbag politicians telling us about how "we" need to curtail our use of fuels that emit greenhouse gases while they are in reality some of the worst offenders. And, yes it would seem that they are of the liberal persuasion. They are just "talking the talk." Thank-you...
