| Just to reiterate what others have said. I too suggest doing some homework in selecting what features you would like to have. Here are some questions I would ask myself.
Are you wanting a stainless color, or a stainless slide and frame? I think a lot of the stainless models only have a stainless slide with an aluminum frame.
What size of frame?
What size of barrel?
What type of sights?
Any checkering on the frontstrap?
Barrel bushing options? Someone else will have to chime in about that one since I do not know much about that aspect.
Of course, you can get the 1911 in other calibers besides .45 ACP.
