What are you using currently? The big savings comes in that you don' have to unlock the reciever to RTK/Glonass, but you can get close to that for accurracy and get the Glonass as part of the subscription. As far as CORS networks, I'm not aware of any here. They are all private pay as you go. Can-Sel, Omnistar, Trimble, a neighbor, etc.
