NW MN | Most Samsung smart TVs have a web browser. Check the specs of the tv you are looking at to see if it states it has a web browser. My Sony doesn't but not sure if all sinus dont. All tv manufacturers have 3 or 4 levels of "trim" levels. Higher level TVs might be more likely to have web browers.
Edit: what size tv are you looking at. I bought 32" for our shop office and I hooked that up to our pc and once and awile will show different things to a few people at a time. Wish I went 40" or bigger the 32" anyways.
