200 bu. corn on 2000 land? Probably grossing well over 800 an acre for a pretty nice ROI. Not insulted or mad at you at all. Impressed. You will have to go out and find more of it.
Have to ask, why are landlords only asking half of what the land should be renting for? Kind of like you taking 2.20 for corn right?
