southern MN | Well, the powers that be in the big office set it up with a deadline, and no appointments....
Then they sent out bad info.
The local offices had to scramble around updating the info to good data.
The Extension and all had to figure out the program so they could set up informational and educational meetings on it. Which, the one I attended in late Jabuary, they said several things on their slides had changed that week yet...
Then wasn't some important numbers released about a week ago that affected the payouts for 2014.
Who wants to file early, under those conditions?
We are pretty much told wait until the big office gets their stuff together, and then come in the last week.
Of course the local people can't do the whole 2 county area in a week, that is silly.
So it was pretty much a given that it would be a soft deadline, get your stuff together and ready so you cab get it done pretty soon now.....
