northern MN | You are right on, I am walking but I have that luxury, I realize not everyone does. There are a few out there that are willing to lose a little equity to get a foot in the door with the hopes of getting the rent lowered in the future. I know of three cases of that happening within 10 miles of my house. From a landowners standpoint, I guess they got a little more money at least for awhile. I would question whether or not the ground is in the same condition as before the split, there's the big question. I will never understand why someone would take the most valuable asset they more than likely will ever have and let just anyone on it. Bet they wouldn't feel the same about their home... Personally i know how i could shave $50 off operating costs and never miss the production, for a few years. Is that right? Not in my mind... |
