Nope have you? I have friends with dual Russian citizenship tho.. one who was just there for 2 weeks early January. Funny, we were just alking earlier about how overblown western's spin job is on the country. He said you barely noticed any difference from the last time he was in Moscow in July. He just shakes his head at the "news" coming out of western media concerning their 'conditions'.
