ncia | Not sure how to get that paper off. We redid some that look like the busted knuckles pictures. I rented a commercial orbital sander and used 3 different grades of sand paper. worked really well, but couldn't get right next to the wall with it. Had to use a handheld sander for about the outside 4" of the rooms. . Spent a lot of time getting excess dust up from the process. I think we rolled on the polyurethane and then brushed it out with a good quality brush. We found that we had to do the "varnish" in the daylight hours because you could see the brush marks better. To be honest, after there is furniture on it no one else can see them. Not sure how many coats we put on, but more than one. good luck. We were happy with ours. | |
