Chimel-thanks. You are over my head but maybe I can figure something out. Just havent had the time to devote to it yet. To clarify-I do not have any NAS as yet-I was asking if this would be an option, and it sounds like it is. What would be the difference between NAS and an external hard drive connected to the network?
NAS is an external hard drive with networking technology onboard. An external hard drive alone must be connected to a computer or other networked device.
Network attached storage?
