Nevada, Iowa | The time frame would have been a little earlier, mid to late sixties, but I was never fond of the oven style TV dinner. Seemed they ranked right up there with K rations for Dad too. Anywho, we seem to like Marie Calendar's brand micro meals these days. We don't do a huge amount of them but a few in the freezer are always handy when we get jammed up for time. There are a few I don't like but most are pretty darn good subs for real eats. For what it's worth, her mac and cheese with uncured bacon would be a lot better with the pork left out, it ruins the dish for me. | |
