mn | survey off the farmsite. if possible. just do the land the HOUSE sits on. NO other outbuldings. probably minimum of 3-4 acres. depends on county regs.
finance that with a mortgage company. good time to do as rates are low.
all other land.
commercial lenders will work with yah.
possible fsa deal as well.
extra survey will cost some money as well as updating deed and whatnot but maybe still the best way to go.
all of this will take time.
do not expect a 30 day turnaround.
