Texas | a4t-1600 - 2/20/2015 21:35 I have done dixons a couple of times in the late 90s when I practiced drinking and hanging out at the mob owned club where I supported single mothers ------------Wasnt bad. Not to far from a Gates barbecue place and a bar called the Trench. Used to park in Gates and have supper and then go to the trench or to watch the brass pole. Next day about 10:30 it was Dixsons for breakfast and a hangover cure. Dont think I could cut it anymore.
Next time try Dixon's at night on the way home from church. You will like it much better.
Edit to add: The first time I went to Dixon Chili was in the early sixties and it still tastes just the same. The unique recipe is very satisfying to my palette. Of course, I can't recommend it as a cure all for all types of behavior, but I think it would do very well for a companion to the farm show!
