Mount Upton NY | Thanks for the nice comments. Yes they are already growing up fast. My boy is nearly 4 and girl is nearly 2. Got one on the way in 2 months so its only going to get faster.
This field is a 30 acre alfalfa field that's nice and flat. But it is part of a 140 acre contiguous river flat 10 acres of which is farmstead the rest is tillable.
Ed I am familiar with Stueben county and our topography is very similar. Hills and river valleys. Valley ground is phenomenal for cropping. Hills are only fair. But need a combination of both to protect our feed supply from flooding. | |
