Pretty sure Harry Stine of the Stine seed empire owns around 40k acres in Ia, but that's just a rumor I've heard. Not really sure what the actual number is, but I do know some of it is hunting type ground. They say he has one guy hired just to deal with all of the hunters that want to hunt his land every year!
