Anybody have an opinion on which cross makes better cows. Angus bull on a Hereford cow, or Hereford bull on an Angus cow? I've heard some who believe there is a difference in the offspring, but does anybody else think about that kind of stuff? And have an opinion on which offspring make better cows.
