What about mixing his feed with your mixer on your farm, dumping it into a pile, and then loading it into one of those shuler feed wagons. I assume he could pull it behind a pickup truck. At 10mpg he'd burn 2 gallons a day hauling feed so that's $6 over 120 head is $0.05 a head a day plus the depreciation on the wagon.
