I looked at doing this years ago in a combine. From what I remember, CIH had proprietary rights to the plug that comes out of the pro600/700, so I'm guessing it would have been the female end? Anyway, it didn't happen. Times have changed?
Nope. Has nothing to do with Case IH or New Holland. That connector is made by Tyco, and they don't make that connector in male gender to install on a wiring harness. They only make the PCB version of the connector, so you'd have to buy the PCB connector, solder it to a PCB, solder your harness wires to the other side of the PCB, and then put the whole mess in a project box. The other end would get the mating (female) connector. AgExpress can make these extension harnesses here in the states, and I'm sure there are other places that can as well. Or you can do it yourself if you're so inclined. |
