Southwest MN | I put up a 7 strand high tensile in august of 2013 I am guessing I am not to far away from you if you would want to come look either. I had $1.50 per foot installed I had to hang my own gates. all of my materials came from mills fleet farm and figured I saved about $1900 on materials over bomgaars or runnings. He also put in posts every 15' on perimeter fence and 25 on interior fence and would feel fine with 20 ' on perimeter fence and 25' on int. fence. my materials costs for it were right at $1.25 per foot. The guy I had put it in was Harley Rozeboom from Jasper MN and would highly recommend him to anyone.
