Try it and I bet you like it, or at the very least won't feel the need to go with anything else. Yes the row flow setup will run the deere row command clutches individually. As far as moving it to a different tractor, assuming you mean to run it on the same planter, I wouldn't say it's overly complicated. About par for any display like that.
