| Brought home 600 lb feeders. Fresh off cow and have not been weaned or started on feed. Noticed one of them constantly pushing on his rectum like he was constipated. Told the farmer about it and he said he had noticed it also and had given them molasses. Brought him home and got mineral oil down him and some probios to try and get gut working. It has been two days now and he is still doing it. Have started them on grain and clover orchard mix. Also top dressed bunk with a little high fat ddgs. He still comes to bunk to eat but I cannot get him loosened up. Any ideas? | |
