Subject: What to charge for storing crop?

Nunn CO
Hello all,
I know this has been discussed a few times, but I have a little twist on it. I'm storing corn for a elevator/ grain marking company. Trucks come directly from field during harvest and I use my auger and tractor to unload, store for a few months, then unload into trucks. I used two bins, no fans running, took two days filling, two days unloading (On and off). The kicker is this is organic crop and I'm storing in a certified organic bin site. Buyer said he would give me a organic premium for doing this. I'm not trying to make a lot of money doing this, but I also don't want to do it for free. Organic corn is selling for around $11-$12 just as a reference. Just looking for a plain fair rate...
So the question is what is a fair per/Bu charge?
Thanks,
